By commissioning me I will assume you have read these terms and agree to them. Not reading my ToS is not an excuse for breaking it.

General

  • I have the right to decline any request for any reason.

  • I do not need to explain the reason I am unable to accept your request.

  • All work is "artistic license." I do not guarantee the exact and precise outcome. (Hopefully you're familiar with my work and style gamut before you contact me.)

  • Unless agreed upon beforehand, I won't provide the .PSD or timelapse.

  • Work is completed in under 30 days. If, for whatever reason it cannot be, client will be kept informed.

Payment

  • I reserve the right to issue a refund if I'm unable to complete your commission within a reasonable timeframe, or for any reason that may impede my ability to finish the commission.

  • I do not provide refunds for work that has already been completed & this is at my sole discretion.

  • I will not start working until the invoice has been paid in full.

  • I cannot provide a full refund once I have begun working on your request.

Designs/Adopts & Resales

For Private Work My ToS supersedes subsequent owners of my designs. No one can dictate what my clients/buyers can and cannot sell when they own a design created by me.

  • You are allowed to resell designs or customs you purchase from me at any price at any time. (this includes any and all closed, open or one-off species.)

  • You may resell my designs, customs and adopts received in trades or sales for any price at any time.

  • Gifted designs received from me can be resold for any price at any time.

  • You may use designs purchased from me for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.

  • The commissioner may upload any purchased artwork done to their site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my main sites, such as Elventrail.art or those linked here.

  • You may not claim the work or the IP to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects without my permission, commercial or non-commercial.

  • Yes, you may use your character for DnD or whatever. Have fun!
